Today was Friday. It was the last weekday of the Husband's holidays. He isn't taking any more vacation until May when we go to Florida. Yeah, Disney! I don't know who is more excited, me or the kids. I hope I will feel like a kid again, because lately I have felt in a rut. I feel like there are not enough hours in the day and when there is enough time, I am so tired, that I don't have the energy to do the things I want to do. I long to spend some time in my office doing my scrapbooking, but by the time the Baby is sleeping, I am too tired to do anything. I am having trouble fitting in 15 minutes on the elliptical!! Also, the house is falling into more disarray. I am behind in the housework, and I am not in the mood to do it. This week, I will start to get back on track, buy doing a couple of extra things each day!! We have been trying to get quotes for a new window in our family room. It has been hard to get anyone out to the house who is able to do the work. Companies want to install windows, but they don't want to do the extra work to change a door into a window. The Husband really wants the wall built up with brick, but the brick will be difficult to match, and one contractor said he could build the wall and cover it with siding. We'll see what happens.
Today the Baby continued on his quest to be extra needy. He wouldn't let me put him down so I could do things like cooking or going to the bathroom. I hope that gets better soon!!
Tonight the Husband took us to the Wok of Fame. The restaurat opened recently close to our home. The service was excellent, everyone was very friendly they knew all about hospitality and making their guests feel welcome, the food was also delicious. The fresh made food while you watch, was especially yummy. I also really liked the sushi, it was very fresh. The kids enjoy chinese food, it is one of the restaurants we can go, and the kids will actually eat!
