Today we had the window installed in our family room. I am happy how it turned out and the room is going to look great and the window is step one of the renovation. The family room will be the first room that we actually re-decorate since we have moved into the house. The plan is to do the floor and get a new sectional sofa for the room. The walls will be redone, as right now they are just paneling and stucco and they definately need to be updated. Here is the window/family room before:
This is the window after, from the outside. I really like the white vertical siding, it looks really sharp.
After the window install we went to McDonald's for McHappy Day. I can't believe how much the kids ate. The Girl loved the new happy meal that comes with a teeny tiny yogurt. She ate everything, and they both even ate their dessert after a brief play in the playplace.
