Today was the first week of the Brampton Farmer's Market. We have been going to the market weekly from June to Thanksgiving for a number of years now. The kids expect it, and they have a lot of fun shopping for local fruits and vegetables, but most of all we love spending the time with my parents each week.
This week we were pleasently surprised at the variety of produce available, normally this early in the market there are only a few things, but I assume the warm spring has been good for some of the crops. We picked up some strawberries and some snap peas. After the market we went home for lunch. After lunch the Baby napped and the Girl went swimming. The Boy was not home, so I was surprised that she went in by herself. Afterwards, I tidied up a little, it doesn't look like it, but I did.
