Today the kids had their last skating class. The Boy passed his level and the Girl needs to repeat hers. It is not really surprising that she needs to repeat her level because her last instructor said she should skip a level and we are sure that she missed out on some of the foundations that would have helped with this level. In any case if she wants to do skating in the fall, she will reapeat it. In the afternoon we had my parents over for a BBQ. It was a nice visit and we had a yummy meal. It is always nice visiting with them, and it has been great timing with my maternity leave and their retirement, so we are able to spend lots of time together and they get to see the kids alot.
