Today I decided to take the kids to the park in the morning. They have been bugging me about going to the Boy's baseball park because there is a cool playground there. So since I am trying to get everyone up a little earlier in preparation for school, I thought I would take them over in the morning. We were at the park by 10:15am, and the kids enjoyed over an hour of play on the equipment in the wonderful sunshine. On the way home we stopped for groceries and then stayed home for the rest of the afternoon. The Baby even napped today, which gave me the opportunity to make lemonade and cookies with the older kids.August 22, 2012 - Off to the Park
