Today was the kids last day of school, there is a PA day tomorrow. I am excited for the long weekend and for our vacation on Saturday. My parents came over to play with the kids, while I did some packing and cleaning. I am so grateful for their help and support with the kids and the kids love spending time with them. My Dad even took the time to mow the lawn. The kids also gave me their Mother's Day presents. It was a little early, but since we are away for Mother's Day, they figured they should give it to me today. The Girl gave me a potted plant, which will hopefully grow a flower. The Boy made me a candle holder with a jar and some tissue paper glued on the outside. The were both very proud of their presents, and they mean so much to me when I receive them.
